    Pay Attention, Live Tastefully

    By Parmjit Singh, PhD | Media Library, What's New | Comments are Closed | 13 June, 2013 | 0

Pay Attention. Live Tastefully. Meditation. Focused attention. Better quality of life.Attention is the backbone of our life. And the way we pay attention and where we pay attention long enough largely determine the curvature, depth and richness of our life.  I was invited as one of TEDx speaker by McMaster University students in the March of 2013 to speak. I chose to speak on the value of paying attention for enhancing the quality of our life.

After almost 10 years, I revisited this TEDx talk in 2024 to my share my reflections on this conversation and record a new video on the same topic to bring more clarity to the topic. One of my reflections were that I didn’t articulate the the key concept of TEDx talk very well. Here is the new Video. on my YouTube Channel. If you feel generous and kind, subscribe to the channel and share with others.

Read a related post on Pay Attention, Live Happily.

Here, I am sharing my talk with you. Please forward, share and post on your preferred media space if you feel it is worthy and its message is share-worthy.
