Good Morning Dr. Singh,
Thank you yesterday for a wonderful session with Kao Canada. We thoroughly enjoyed learning about MBSR and putting it into action. I received lots of great feedback from my colleagues and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the session. You were able to captivate the audience from start to finish and everyone felt more relaxed afterwards.
Your seminar comes highly recommended by us.
We will certainly recommend you to others as opportunities come up.

Good Morning Dr. Singh, I have received nothing but extremely positive feedback from many of my colleagues.
The way you were able to communicate difficult concepts in a fashion that was easy to understand and remember was incredible, and I am certain that our employees walked out of the room feeling better equipped to handle the stress in their daily lives. I cannot speak highly enough about your session with us yesterday, and I know it will have an extremely positive impact on my life moving forward.
I will most certainly recommend your services to others any opportunity I get, as I truly feel that everybody should experience what you were able to share with us yesterday.

The 6 week Intro to Mindfulness workshop taken 2 years ago has changed my life. When life gets busy or stressful, I always know I have an antidote in mindfulness meditation to reset the balance. Truly a gift that everyone should give to themselves.

Mindfulness based meditation is receiving increasing attention as an adjunct treatment for anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). I have recommended Dr. Singh’s introduction to mindfulness practice course to several of my clients who have attended classes in Hamilton and Brantford. The reviews were great!
Thanks for offering “accessible” meditation for people like my clients, the benefits are lasting!

As an employer that cares deeply about our team and their wellbeing, we are constantly thinking about what we can do to advance the employee experience. We have focused on physical health programs in the past, but the more and more time I spent with team members the more I realized that as human beings each and every one is dealing with the challenges of taming the mind. And it rears its ugly head at work, at home, and in every aspect of life. I wanted to do something for the team that could fundamentally give them a new lease on life. That’s where the Mantralogix mindfulness program came into being. After my own personal experience with mindfulness, and specifically with Parmjit’s guidance, I wanted everyone I worked with to have the opportunity of this gift. The full impact is yet to be seen, but already team members are reporting feeling calmer, breathing better, and starting to see that the beauty of life is a perspective that comes from within them. This program is an opportunity to walk the talk when it comes to showing people that you genuinely care for them.

We at Locke Psychotherapy have encouraged a number of our clients to attend Dr. Singh’s mindfulness program. What’s unique about his program is it’s accessibility- the program is available in the evening and is six sessions in length. Because the group size is limited and participants enjoy a healthy snack together, we feel this fosters a sense of community and gives group members the opportunity to support each other in their mindfulness practice. Our clients have reported to us that they have found the program to be very helpful in lowering their anxiety and distress. We ourselves continue to refer clients to Dr. Singh’s mindfulness program.
