Mission Statement

Our mission is to inspire individuals and corporate entities to identify their inner capacity to initiate, nurture and sustain personal/organizational well-being, slash stress-related costs and spur growth. Through our evidence-based approach, we demonstrate to our partners that this capacity can be:

  • Recognized, explored and harnessed through self-awareness,
  • There is a systematic way to accomplish the above through a set of easily learnable skills.

We teach mind-body self-management and self- regulation skills to foster personal well-being as well as professional excellence. We do so through a multi-disciplinary approach drawn from evidence-based mind-body medicine, mindfulness-based therapies, neuroscience, psychology, yoga and meditation.

We will enter into strategic professional and marketing alliance with only like-minded organizations and professionals reflecting our holistic, ecologically sustainable, equitable and self-empowering value system.

Organizational Purpose

  • We encourage self-exploration through non-judgmental, curious and skill-development framework using learnable skills and methods
  • We emphasize the value of continuous training As well as learning to adequately harness the power of mind and body by offering practical educational activities, retreats, keynotes and workshops
  • We demonstrate, support and emphasize the need for exploring, acknowledging and embracing one’s self, with its warts and all, through discipline and gentleness for developing a resilient and meaningful approach to personal healing, flourishing or organizational success.

All our stress reduction, wellness, self-compassion & leadership development offerings are modeled on Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program and mind-body medicine therapies, Harvard Medical School, USA.
