topics relating to health and spirituality are dealt in these lectures.

TIME OUT: HARNESSING THE POWER OF MINDFULNESS OF THE BODY
Learn skills of mindfulness to identify, manage and
reduce stress; improve health and take control of stress related problems; get
in-sync with your body for better health and well-being. This hands-on session
will focus on cultivating mindfulness of the body and its engagement with
environment.
