    BODY
    Human
body is a highly intelligent and complex system composed of similar atoms and
molecules as that of a car we drive but it not as dumb as the car is. While car
or any other mechanical thing can not heal itself once something breaks, human
body is capable of healing and renewing itself when appropriate conditions are
    created.

Body is a theater for expression of myriad biochemical pathways
kicked on by various thoughts and emotions. It is the place where unseen (non-material)
and seen (material) collides and give birth to what we call health, well-being
or sickness. At any given moment, mental impulses (non-material) keep on
transforming into bio-chemical molecules (material) all the time. E.g. a bout
of anger (an immaterial emotion) will generate corresponding turmoil in our
body in the form of raised blood pressure (material) etc. This process of
conversion where an emotion transforms into physiological consequences is not linear
and is often affected by our state of mind and consciousness. For example, a
reaction to an insult would not be extreme if you are in good mood. However,
same remark can throw you into a fit if you were in bad mood. Therefore, our
state of being is also very important in generating the final response. This is
where lies our hope of creating healing physiology in body by understanding the
mechanism through which emotions and attitudes turn into physical reality
    (body).

Use this section to learn how to tap into the inherent
intelligence of your own physical body.  In
this section, explore tips and techniques to keep your body optimally healthy
so that it can provide medium for vibrant mind and transcendent spirit.

    MIND
Mind exerts a powerful influence on the course of our life.
It is a double-edged sword where highly trained mind can make us healthy, happy
and prosperous and poor mental habits can spell doom for mental, physical and
emotional health. With proper training and cultivation of habits, we can chisel
our mind into a powerful ally so that we can create highly successful and
    happier lives.

    Mind, largely, consists of
emotions, perceptions and thoughts. And the birth of our mind is intimately
tied to our experience, education and learning and depends upon linear time. As
we journey along in our life, mind keeps on growing and developing in
complexity and expertise. Along with this development, however, we also collect
a large amount of non-essential mind called psychological and emotional baggage.
This is the part of the mind we do not want to have too much of it because it
hampers the efficient functioning of the thinking mind just like a clumsy
dancer in a professional troupe. More so, mostly this psychological baggage is learnt through unconscious participation
in habits, reactions and rigid manner of thinking and feeling.

In this section, you can learn
techniques and tips to cleanse your mind off all the impurities which leads to
impaired thinking, negative habits, pessimistic outlook toward life, and
    inability to make sound decisions.

All you have to remember is that
what is learnt can be unlearnt also. That should be the mantra in everyday
life. Let us not let any impure, negative thought and perception stick to the
    mirror of our being.

    SPIRIT

We join spokes together in a wheel,
but it is the center hole
    that makes the wagon move.

We shape clay into a pot,
but it is the emptiness inside
    that holds whatever we want.

We hammer wood for a house,
but it is the inner space
    that makes it livable.

    We work with being,
but non-being is what we use.

Lao Tzu, Tao Te Ching, Translated by S. Mitchell

As Lao Tzu says, even though we work with the body and mind,
it is the ‘silence, void or spirit’ that makes everything possible. We can tap
into this great and fertile silence through understanding and transcending the limitations
of our mundane thinking and emoting mind. Our body, mind, spirit exercises and workshops
provide a unique group atmosphere for strengthening your spiritual life.

In this section, try all the tips
and techniques to get in touch with your spirit.
