Join us to learn practical strategies for initiating, accelerating and sustaining professional as well as personal well-being and growth, thereby flourishing through the power of intentional noticing and pausing.

In this info-experiential session, you will have the opportunity to learn techniques and develop strategies/skills to effectively manage stress, difficult emotions, reactionary behaviors, and relationship conflicts at workplace or beyond. Through practical and evidence-based techniques, the session will help you set on a path for developing life-long skills for fostering personal well-being, continuous professional development and growth.

Noticing, and then pausing allows us to flourish, both personally and professionally.
