This info-experiential session explores and demonstrates how regular practice of mindfulness skills (being present) fosters resilience, aid faster recovery from daily stressors and improve mental well-being. In this session you will have the opportunity to cultivate skills related to self-awareness, stress hardiness, and how to respond to emerging uncertainties and emergencies in a non-reactive manner. Neuro-biological impact of mindfulness training on key areas of the brain shall be introduced and you will learn ways to apply these skills in your professional roles and personal life.
