Owing to the lightning speed of our current life, we surrender the ability to ‘think correctly’ and unwittingly fall into ‘mindlessness’, a sort of premature cognitive commitment where we live on ‘auto-pilot’ and accept our personal image, thoughts, attitudes, emotions, perceptions and even our state of health & well-being as an unalterable reality dictated by genes or circumstances.

This program is different from conventional counseling and psychotherapeutic methods because it is multi-disciplinary and is borne as synthesis of diverse professional streams such as mind-body science, psychology, brain sciences, meditation and yoga rather than simple psychology. Being multi-dimensional, it is able to initiate changes at the deepest level rather than at shallow level afforded by one stream of knowledge.
