That’s where the Mantralogix mindfulness program came into being. After my own personal experience with mindfulness, and specifically with Parmjit’s guidance, I wanted everyone I worked with to have the opportunity of this gift. The full impact is yet to be seen, but already team members are reporting feeling calmer, breathing better, and starting to see that the beauty of life is a perspective that comes from within them. We at Locke Psychotherapy have encouraged a number of our clients to attend Dr. Singh’s mindfulness program. What’s unique about his program is it’s accessibility- the program is available in the evening and is six sessions in length. Because the group size is limited and participants enjoy a healthy snack together, we feel this fosters a sense of community and gives group members the opportunity to support each other in their mindfulness practice. Our clients have reported to us that they have found the program to be very helpful in lowering their anxiety and distress. We ourselves continue to refer clients to Dr. Singh’s mindfulness program.

The McMaster Halton Family Medicine residents had the absolute pleasure of hosting Parmjit for an introductory session to mindfulness and yoga. Special emphasis was placed on the use of mindfulness therapy in clinical scenarios. He was very well versed in current literature on mindfulness therapy and seamlessly integrated this into a very interactive session. The session was in the middle of the forest at a local park and was a truly memorable experience.
