Since long time, I have felt the need to learn more about yoga and its practice; deepen my personal practice and synthesize that understanding into the programs I have done for many years. Going by that, this year, I went back to the mat under a capable yoga teacher to become a registered yoga teacher. So far, it has been quite an experience being a student. And I am looking forward to bring that understanding into the programs that I will be sharing with you and all other interested individuals.
I am hoping to offer the following:
