A group of students in collaboration with me has launched a special initiative, Take 5, to improve mental health across campus at McMaster University, Hamilton and beyond in community. To begin with, a 30 day challenge is currently going on through Facebook page. Within the page is also available 5 minutes guided meditation instructions.
Very soon an app named Take 5 will be launched to enhance the portability of this effort. We are also working on to include longer guided meditation sessions. Subscribe to the Facebook page to get the guided instructions and ongoing support from me.
