We at Locke Psychotherapy have encouraged a number of our clients to attend Dr. Singh’s mindfulness program. What’s unique about his program is it’s accessibility- the program is available in the evening and is six sessions in length. Because the group size is limited and participants enjoy a healthy snack together, we feel this fosters a sense of community and gives group members the opportunity to support each other in their mindfulness practice.
