Basic and gentle yoga is an integral part of this program and is interwoven within the program as deemed fit. Our programs are designed in such a way that you will learn and practice gentle yoga in addition to all other activities required for that event/program throughout the length to maximize the therapeutic benefits. You can always check what sort of activities you will be undergoing in any particular program by visiting details of any event under Event Calendar. Give us a call if something does not make sense.
Currently, we do not offer separate and yoga-only classes. But they are on our cards and we shall be notifying you when they are set-up. Thank you for your patience.
Non-cultic Meditation exercises are also an integral part of this program and are interwoven into events to maximize the benefits.
We offer Group Meditation session to help you take handle on your mental, physical and emotional/spiritual health. These groups serves various purposes including providing community support in your endeavor and motivation for you to come to the group and allocate some specific time for your personal practice. Doing meditation alone can sometime become daunting.

Are yoga and meditation cultic?
No, not at all. They are only meant to fine-tune your awareness.
Do I have to believe in something to reap maximum benefits for my practice?
No. It does not require any kind pre-believing. It is explorative and personal.
Would it interfere in my personal religious practice if I elect to join these groups?
No. In fact, it will end up deepening your own spiritual experience.
How does yoga & meditation work? Is there anything esoteric about them?
