As part of our community development initiative, we have partnered with Hamilton Public Library to offer free lunch and learn sessions under ‘Food for Thought’ series. The lecture/workshops will be held one Wednesday each month beginning April 6, 2006.
In this series, we will present you thought-provoking ideas for self-managing your mental, physical and emotional/spiritual health. We are interested in creating a mentally and spiritually vibrant community in the Hamilton area.
If you have suggestions as to what sort of topics and issues you want us to deal with in this series, you are most welcome to write to us or call us at (905) 524.3463. More information can also be obtained by calling Ms. Daphne Wood at Hamilton Public Library.
