I just finished conducting two one-hour mindfulness workshops for medical students at the Waterloo Regional Campus of McMaster University. It was one of amazing experience to be in presence of such bunch of eager fellows.
Both the workshops were purposefully experiential so that students would go home after having learned the valuable technique of mindfulness. Talking was bare minimum and rest of the hour was all devoted to progressively learning the steps of this technique.
I am looking forward to be back there.
