topics relating to health and spirituality are dealt in these lectures.

TIME OUT: HARNESSING THE POWER OF MINDFULNESS OF THE BODY
Learn skills of mindfulness to identify, manage and
reduce stress; improve health and take control of stress related problems; get
in-sync with your body for better health and well-being. This hands-on session
will focus on cultivating mindfulness of the body and its engagement with
environment.
TIME OUT: HARNESSING THE POWER OF MINDFULNESS OF THE MIND & EMOTIONS
Using the technique of mindfulness during work and routine activities, learn to cultivate positive non-reactive response to negative emotions & habits; enhance mental clarity and decision-making and improve overall mental and physical health. This hands-on session will focus on cultivating mindfulness of mental events, emotions and habitual reactions.
