Mindfulness for Daily Living With Dr. Parmjit Singh & Rosalind Grant
This 2 hour workshop/seminar will explore the nature and value of cultivating mindfulness in daily mundane matters, You will have the opportunity to experience various mindfulness meditation practices and to discuss how to bring mindfulness to your day-to-day activities as a means to expressing spirit in the world.

This free public lecture is being hosted
first Wednesday of each month during lunch hours, 12-1pm. Various
topics relating to health and spirituality are dealt in these lectures.
