One thing that might contribute to this is the modern preoccupation with calorie-counting. Bunking this popular trend, beginning this month, we will be presenting you healthy eating right from our own kitchen. Our recipe are not simply based on nutritional value, rather it is based on ease in cooking, health, Indian therapeutic flavors and joy of eating. If there is no joy in eating, regardless of its nutritional value, you will abandon it sooner or later.
Therefore, each month, Dr Manjit Handa will present you something we take joy in eating and cooking at our home. Even our two year daughter, Renelle, enjoys eating this stuff.
