I was at a crossroads in my life, career-wise and in my personal life. I was feeling depressed, self-conscious, unhappy and unsure of where I wanted my future to lead me. Over these months, I am happy inside again and love myself. I feel alive and able to follow my heart and make the right decisions in my life.
This course and Parmjit (the facilitator) have helped me to find myself, my ‘inner peace’, to trust myself and know myself and most importantly, to love myself. I really enjoy listening to Parmjit speak. He has a way of speaking and that is calm, peaceful, truthful and insightful. He helped us to talk of our thoughts and issues and heard his insights and thoughts. Of course, the yoga and meditation were essential.

This course helped me to slow down my consciousness, almost to stillness, so that I now have a much clearer idea of the issues in my life, where I have come from, in which directions I might now be able to go. I am much calmer. Everyday life challenges all of us with stresses but when we perceive those as being outside of ourselves, we can remain calm and centered—and therefore face the challenges with non-judgmental approach. Meditation exercises that centered our focus on heart chakra helped me most.
