Anju Joshi
Anju teaches Integrative Yoga Therapy classes in her home in Dundas. She is also a trained meditation teacher. Her day job is teaching Gerontology and Health Studies at McMaster University. She has taught yoga to people of all ages and facilitated several yoga retreats.
Parmjit Singh, PhD
Parmjit is a faculty member of the Department of Family Medicine at McMaster University. He studied mind-body medicine at Harvard Medical School and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction under Jon Kabat-Zinn and Saki Santorelli. He is a dedicated yoga teacher and mindfulness practitioner and is currently training to be a yoga therapist. He teaches Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction to medical students and has been teaching integrated mind, body, spirit courses at McMaster for the last 13 years.
