2010 was special for me because it afforded me the opportunity to complete my yoga teacher training which I have been intending to do for long time. Now that I have completed it, it has given a new meaning and scope to my own practice which keep on becoming better with each day of practice. I am hoping to continue my training in advanced methods of yoga practice in the next year along with training in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), a Jon Kabat-Zinn’s brain child.
Next years will see my efforts in putting out programs reflecting the fusion of my understanding of yoga, psychology and mind body medicine. I hope that you will join me in this exciting and healing journey.
