I feel a greater sense of peacefulness despite the chaos at work, school and home.
Through awareness/mindfulness, I was able to to observe my habits/reactions and through this observation was able to QUIT SMOKING. I was a smoker for 25 years. This was the 1st time I had ever tried to quit. It worked.
This practice is helping me to overcome these issues (PTSD & Depression). This is a part of my motivation to keep up the practice. Thanks so much for what you do.
